Immigration Briefings is a publication that issues one essay per month on an emerging topic in immigration law. Because each issue focuses on only one topic, this resource is suited towards substantive and in-depth research. Recent issues included essays on the capacity of minors in U.S. immigration and a survey on business visitor visa and work permit requirements in selected countries.
