Business Resources for Lawyers: Mergent Online

This is a guide to resources for business and company research. It will focus on electronic resources accessible freely on the Internet and on databases available through the law library or LMU's main campus library.

Mergent Online

Mergent Online is available to the law school community through LMU's main library. It is a fully searchable database with financial details of over 25,000 active and inactive U.S. companies. In addition, it provides information on companies representing over 95% of the non-U.S. global market capitalization. Database includes over 300,000 annual reports from globally listed companies, with archived reports for over 10 years.
