Circulation Desk = Mission Control Post of the library! When you need assistance with anything from booking a study room, or checking out Course Reserves, chargers, book stands, wellness-recreational equipment, or if you have any general questions and/or concerns – come to us. The Circ Team is the library’s front-facing management team. Our team currently consists of Ken, Cameron, Tiffany, Suzie and Angie. The Lack Reading Room is available to you as a study space 24 hours a day. You can access the room through the library or after hours with your student ID using the key card entry on the patio door. Taking breaks to enjoy something other than your casebook is important. If you're looking for something other than law, check out a book of DVD from our Popular Reading Room just around the corner from the Lack Reading Room. The Popular Reading Room is also where we hold Relax in the Stacks, an event where we bring in a massage therapist.

Welcome to Reference! If you have questions about research, this is the place to come. All of us in the reference department hold both a J.D. and a master's degree in library and information science. Some of us have also practiced law. We also teach your legal research classes, so you'll see one or more of us in class this semester! Reference assistance is offered in person at the reference desk from 4-6 pm Monday through Thursday. Between the hours of 10 am and 4 pm M-F, reference assistance is available via phone, email, Zoom, or in-person based on the availability of a reference librarian. We're flexible! You can find the contact information for individual reference librarians on the library website. Contact information for the reference department is listed on the left under Contact the Library.

The Library Computer Resources Center (CRC), also known as the Computer Lab, located on the 2nd floor, has 7 desktops equipped with various application software, one multi-function color printer, 4 black and white printers, scanners, and other devices all available for student use. Loyola Law School students are allocated a virtual amount of $300 for Printing and Copying per year to be used on the CRC printers, credited to each student's PaperCut account. The CRC Help Desk functions as campus ITS. The staff here facilitate and support student access to tech services such as: your Banner/Prowl account, wireless access, software support, etc. Tech issues? Contact the CRC.

Hannon Atrium is the central reading room located on the 2^nd floor of the library. California and federal primary source materials and California practice materials are located here. A skylight runs across the atrium to let sunshine permeate the central reading room, making it one of the building’s top study areas. This entire floor is lined up with study seats and study rooms. Booking study rooms is simple and instructions can be found on the library’s website. Along the East Corridor you can find the Sky Bridge that leads you to the Casassa 2^nd and 3^rd floor study spaces. You will notice areas marked as quiet study zones – please be respectful and stay quiet in these areas.

This is the 3rd floor! You made it all the way up here! It's one of the two quiet study spaces in the library. The other designated quiet study space is the basement. So, if you need peace and quiet to study, come up or go down! Snacks and studying go hand in hand. As long as there is no mask policy in place, you're welcome to eat and drink in the library. We just ask that you be respectful of the space and others. No one wants a sticky or smelly study place, so please clean up after yourself and dispose of any trash in one of the larger trash cans or in a trash can outside the library.
